These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Shiny Window Cleaning Perth (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service through our website or by phone/email, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our online form, phone, or email.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us via phone or email.

  • We reserve the right to decline a booking request at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Quotes

  • Prices advertised (e.g., promotional offers such as the $99 external window cleaning special) apply only to new clients and standard residential services unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional charges may apply for larger properties, high-rise work, difficult access, or extra services requested.

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Payments

  • Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [list payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card].

  • Late payments may incur fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Service Conditions

  • Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property (including keys, entry codes, or parking availability).

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., faulty windows, damaged frames, or poor seals).

  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for issues outside our control, such as watermarks caused by hard water or mineral deposits.

6. Liability

  • We carry full insurance for public liability and worker safety.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Promotions & Special Offers

  • Promotional offers (such as our $99 special) are subject to availability and valid for first-time customers only, unless otherwise specified.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
